After only using this Hammock a few times, I am completely sold on sleeping in the air. With the Hennessy A-Sym design, you sleep very flat, and I was even able to sleep on my side. Its a little bit tricky getting in your sleeping bag, but this is a small annoyance for the ability to set up almost anywhere in just a few minutes. I have only used it in warmer (60+) temperatures, so I can not speak of colder nights, but they do have products designed to take of the cold issue.
